Shipping & Delivery
Processing your order
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping within Australia
- Orders under $79: $9.99 Standard Shipping.
- Orders from $79 to $148.99: Free Standard Shipping.
- Orders of $149 or more: Free Express Post.
All amounts are in Australian dollars. Thresholds apply to the order value after discounts, excluding shipping.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times vary by destination and postal service. Express Post does not guarantee next-day arrival for every destination. Regional and remote deliveries may take longer. Transit time starts after dispatch and does not include our 1–2 business days of processing time.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Incorrect delivery address
Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. If you notice an incorrect address, contact us promptly at mosamy.pd@gmail.com. We will assist where reasonably possible. Any additional charge to redirect or resend an order will be explained and agreed with you first.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
Please contact us if a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged so we can investigate and assist. Using a delivery provider does not remove our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
