Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

MOSAMY® is operated by CORPZONE PTY LTD. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit www.mosamy.com.au, purchase jewellery, subscribe to updates or contact us.

Information we collect

Depending on your interaction with us, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, order and payment transaction details, account details, marketing preferences, and information you provide in enquiries or return requests. Please do not send card details or unnecessary sensitive information by email.

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment provider you select. These providers handle the payment information needed to complete your transaction. We receive order and payment-status information for fulfilment and record keeping.

Our website and service providers also collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, shopping-cart activity and interactions with our store, using cookies and similar technologies.

How we collect and use information

We collect information directly when you place an order, use an account, complete a form, subscribe or communicate with us; automatically through the website; and from Shopify, payment and delivery providers in connection with their services.

We use information to process payments and orders, deliver products, manage accounts and returns, respond to enquiries, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, detect fraud, and understand and improve our store. If you do not provide information needed for an order, we may be unable to complete it.

We use contact details to send marketing where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us. Unsubscribing does not stop necessary order, service or account messages.

Shopify and other service providers

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Information submitted to our store is shared with Shopify and relevant service providers, including payment processors, shipping providers, email and form services, and providers supporting website operations. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, where required by law, or where necessary to protect legal rights.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store. Shopify processes information about your interactions with our store together with information from your interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including improvements, personalisation and advertising-related features. For those uses, Shopify is responsible for its processing and for responding to requests concerning that processing. See Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy and the Shopify Privacy Portal for information and available rights to opt out or object, depending on your location.

Cookies and your choices

Cookies and similar technologies support functions such as remembering your cart and preferences, security, analytics and personalisation. You can manage cookies through your browser and any privacy preference controls displayed on our website. Blocking cookies may affect store functionality. Contact us if you need help with your privacy preferences.

Storage, security and overseas processing

Information is held electronically through Shopify and the service providers we use, and in business correspondence and records. Shopify lists our customer-data hosting location as the United States. Shopify and its service providers may also process information in Canada and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws from Australia. See Shopify’s Privacy Policy for more information about its international processing.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including legal and accounting obligations, disputes and fraud prevention. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to applicable requirements.

Access, correction and other requests

You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold, update marketing preferences, or request deletion by emailing our Privacy Contact at mosamy.pd@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within a reasonable time and explain any lawful reason we cannot fulfil a request, including where records must be retained. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live. For information Shopify processes for its own purposes, you can also use its Privacy Portal linked above.

Privacy complaints

If you have a privacy concern, contact our Privacy Contact with the details. We will review the matter and aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, where it has jurisdiction, or your applicable privacy regulator.

Third-party links and updates

Our store may link to social media and other websites. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them. We may update this policy as our practices change, posting the revised version and update date here.
